TIMELINE OF HEALING
Healing is not the same for everyone. Each individual brings a unique life experience as well as genetics that foster varying levels of resiliency. With chronic conditions, it can often take one month for every year that the condition has been present. This is not always true, but can be used as a guideline. The timeline for healing at Ideal Fasting Retreat (IFR) is often very different for each individual based on our individual differences and the age and severity of our condition.
Below you will find the highlights of how your individual program will be established, updated, and maintained at IFR. The process includes:
- The Intake Consult with the IFR Medical Staff
- The modifications to your Wellness Plan during your stay
- Your Wellness Review and Exit Consult
- Your Continuing 3-Month Wellness Healthcare Plan and phone follow-up
